RREF Initiatives and Impact
Thanks to the generous donations made to RREF by Rancho families and our community, Rancho can provide critical aid and programs for students such as:

Some programs are fully funded by RREF and others are supplemented when our district only covers a portion of the cost.
In 2024-2025, we plan to operate all existing programs from last year. As additional funding permits, we will look to expand our paraprofessional hours in the classroom as a top priority.
Your financial support of RREF allows our talented teachers and administrators to provide a world-class public education for our kids.

Paraprofessionals
Paraprofessional teachers aid teachers in the classroom and effectively bring down the teacher/student ratios in the classroom. Para teachers help fulfill teacher’s instructional plans as well as support small group reading, writing, and math centers. Para teachers work a regular dedicated schedule each week. In 2023-4 RREF funded the employment of 7 paraprofessional teachers which equaled approximately 8 hours of support per classroom each week.
